Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) Reporting
Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) beginning in 2014 and the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) beginning in 2017
As a QCDR, MUSIC can complete the collection and submission of quality measure data on behalf of its Eligible Professionals (EPs). EPs who satisfactorily participate through a QCDR earn a payment adjustment based on evidence-based, quality data. If an EP elects to have MUSIC report on their behalf, MUSIC as a MIPS QCDR will submit to CMS on at least 6 measures including at least one outcome and/or high priority measure for that provider based on the data in the MUSIC registry. MUSIC can also attest to EPs participation in improvement activities so that they earn full credit in this category.
