What is MUSIC PRO?
One of MUSIC’s key priorities focuses on improving patient outcomes after radical prostatectomy. In an effort to achieve this goal, MUSIC developed MUSIC Patient Reported Outcomes (MUSIC-PRO), a statewide electronic infrastructure for measuring and improving functional outcomes after radical prostatectomy.
MUSIC-PRO provides an innovative infrastructure for assessing functional status and health-related quality of life before and after radical prostatectomy.

*MUSIC PRO now collects information around pain management and urinary function 30 days after your radical prostatectomy surgery to help your physician decide if earlier intervention or strategies, like physical therapy are right for your post-surgery care.
Step 1 – Email Notification

Step 2 – Patient Questionnaire

You will receive the PRO questionnaires either through a secure email or in the mail.
Step 3 – Patient Trend Report
You will review your answers to the Patient Questionnaire with your provider with the PRO Patient Trend Report. Your individualized report will help you and your provider better plan for your recovery pathway following your surgery.
